Much has been written about Bollywood actor, Ranbir Kapoor’s latest film called Animal. While we will leave the reviews to film critics, there is one element of the movie that has particularly caught the eye of automotive enthusiasts. This special prop breaks cover during an action scene where the actor is shown riding in on a big contraption which has three different gatling machine guns.
While the scene could easily be mistaken for a VFX sequence, as it turns out, the rolling machine gun was actually built for the movie and here are some interesting details that have been disclosed.

According to the official X handle of the movie, the ‘War Machine’ was not rendered with graphics but had been actually built for the movie. It was made completely out of steel and weighs 500 kg, it has also been disclosed that it took four months to build the machine gun vehicle. Another image circulating online gives us a clearer look at the war machine and gives a detailed understanding of what it is. Take a look at it below.

While it certainly is an impressive prop, the filmmakers claim that the ‘war machine’ is the first of its kind in the industry.
